The individual refers to the specific person identified by the personal information, and the same shall apply hereinafter.
When acquiring personal information, the Company shall do so by proper means. The purpose of use shall be publicly announced in advance or promptly notified to the individual after acquisition, except in cases where exceptions are provided for by law. Specific collection methods involve designating a person responsible for handling the information and collecting data primarily through various application forms, request-for-materials postcards, questionnaires, events, open houses, and sales visits, where information is filled out or inquired about under proper storage and management. We may also collect customer information using electronic communication devices such as the internet and telephone.
